Compliance Risk Management Policy

• Each employee working at our company, as a member of a life-related enterprise, will act with high ethical standards in accordance with the 'Corporate Code of Conduct' and 'Compliance Code of Conduct,' with the aim of being a fair and transparent company.
• We anticipate all risks related to our business and take appropriate measures to prevent crises before they occur.
  In the event of an emergency, we prioritize the safety and security of our stakeholders, respond with speed and precision, and aim to minimize damage and ensure rapid recovery.

Compliance Risk Management System

• We are establishing a Risk and Compliance Committee to oversee and cleanse preventive, routine, and emergency risk management functions, ensuring both proactive and corrective compliance measures.
• The Risk and Compliance Committee is composed of the Risk and Information Management Committee and the Compliance Management Committee.
• The Risk and Information Management Committee plans and implements risk management.
• The Compliance Operating Committee is composed of executive and operational members under the leadership of the Compliance Operating Committee Chairperson, and is responsible for the operation of the compliance program.
• The Risk and Compliance Committee is responsible for investigations and decisions regarding the compliance program, while the Compliance Operating Committee is responsible for planning, drafting, and reviewing the compliance program, as well as providing operational education, monitoring, and guidance.
• The Practical Committee of the Fair Trade Council for the Pharmaceutical Industry is engaged in activities related to response to the Fair Trade Council of the Ethical Pharmaceutical Drugs Marketing Industry.

Internal Reporting and Consultation System (SKK Hotline)

In order for employees to engage in proactive activities while complying with laws and internal/external rules, we are currently establishing the SKK Hotline. In addition to the internal contact point managed by the Risk and Compliance Committee Secretariat (Legal and Compliance Department), we have established an external contact point managed by our legal advisor.

Risk Visualization

We are creating a risk map to visualize the risks faced by the company and implement appropriate risk responses.
Every year, we reassess individual risks and update the risk map.

Awareness Activities

SKK Compliance Manual and Compliance Pocket Card

We distribute the SKK Compliance Manual and Compliance Pocket Cards to employees to ensure thorough awareness of compliance.

Compliance Month

Every year, we designate a Compliance Month, set a theme, and focus on initiatives to promote compliance adherence.
During this period, training sessions are conducted for executives and employees to raise awareness regarding compliance.
In addition, to further promote compliance consciousness, we display awareness posters at all business locations.

Employee Oath

During compliance training, all executives and employees sign a pledge to adhere to the "Compliance Code of Conduct.

Code of Practice Training

We conduct training for sales representatives at each branch once every quarter.
The content focuses on compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, fair competition rules, and the SKK promotion code.

Initiatives on Transparency

We have established the 'Guidelines on Transparency of Corporate Activities and Relationships with Medical Institutions' and the 'Guidelines on Transparency of Corporate Activities and Relationships with Patient Organizations,' and we disclose information regarding funding and other support provided to medical institutions and patient organizations.

Our company, in its information provision activities targeting medical institutions and healthcare professionals, adheres to the relevant laws and regulations, the Fair Competition Code for the Ethical Pharmaceutical Drugs Marketing Industry, the Code of Practice, the Guidelines for Information Provision Activities for Prescription Drugs, internal rules, and other applicable standards, ensuring fair and transparent activities.

Measures Against Anti-Social Forces

Our company does not have any relationships with anti-social forces or organizations that threaten social order or safety. We will resolutely respond to any unjust demands from such entities without yielding."

Our company recognizes the importance of confidential information collected through corporate activities and appropriately manages it to prevent leaks and to ensure that it is not used improperly.
